At Taylors Farm we rear our cattle on our own cereals grown on the farm to ensure excellent quality of livestock
We produce our own cereals for our livestock to ensure that our butchers counter offers our customers the highest quality produce.
We feed our cattle on an Alkaline Diet, mainly made from our own cereals grown here on the Farm, which ensures a top quality of beef.
The best of our cattle are selected from the herd on a weekly basis, which are then slaughtered locally.
The beef is then hung for a minimum of 21 days until mature, ensuring the best flavour, tenderness and taste, which is then ready for butchering by Joe, Steve, and the team for sale on our counter.
