Barbecued Corn on the Cob Barbecued corn on the cob and old favourite sometimes forgotten!

Cook Time: 25-30mins


4 sheets of foil

4 cobs of corn

125g softened butter

150g grated parmesan

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp salt



Put the cobs in cold water and soak for 30mins.

Shake off the excess water from the corn and put each onto a sheet of foil, divide the butter between each cob and wrap up the foil.

Cook over a medium heat for 25-30mins, turning occasionally.

Remove from the foil and smear with the mayonnaise and parmesan enjoy!
