Moroccan Lamb Burgers Lamb burgers topped with a Moroccan flavored yoghurt

1x 4 pack of our Taylors Farm minted lamb burgers

4 soft barms

4 heaped tbsps natural yoghurt

4 heaped tbsps harissa paste

Juice of 1 lemon

4x pickled chillies optional

1 iceberg lettuce, washed and dried



Drizzle a little oil over the burgers. Cook on your BBQ or in a griddle plan for 5-6 mins each side, or until done to your liking. When the burgers are nearly done, toast the buns on the one side of the BBQ.

Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl and dollop the harissa on top. Squeeze over the lemon juice to loosen, the ripple it all through the yoghurt.

To serve, spread some harissa yoghurt onto the buns, top with the burgers add some more yoghurt and lettuce top with the chilli if using. Delicious!
