Gammon Steak Gammon Steak with a Honey Mustard Glaze

Cook Time: 10 - 15 mins


2 x 6-8oz Gammon Steaks (fat scored)

2 tbsp Mustard Powder

2-3 tbsp Runny Honey

4-5 sprigs of Thyme


Sprinkle Mustard powder on a plate & rub into Gammons, drizzle with oil and fry for 4-5 mins on each side depending on thickness.

Once almost cooked drizzle with the Honey & Thyme and cook for 2 more mins till sticky.

Serve with a fried egg and chunky chips.
