Beef Goulash Tasty Beef Stew

500g Beef Strips

Olive Oil

1 Onion - thinly sliced

1 Red Pepper - sliced

25g Butter

2 tbsp Tomato Puree

200ml Beef Stock

3 tbsp Paprika

100ml Sour Cream

Handful Chopped Parsley


In a large pan fry Steak (in batches) in olive oil then remove from pan. Fry Onions and Peppers then add Steak & Butter.

Pour in the Puree, Stock & Paprika, season and bring to boil. Cook for 20 - 40 mins. Garnish with flat leaf Parsley and Sour Cream.
