About Us

Taylors Farm is a 300 acre farm based in Lathom & Scarisbrick. The farm grows wheat, barley and oats for which is used to feed a herd of mainly limousin cattle. The cattle are reared to around 20 months before slaughter.

In 2009 the family opened a new purpose built farm shop which incorporates a butchery, fruit & veg shop and delicatessen. The butchers sources its beef directly off the farm which are all  hung for 21 days to provide maximum taste and tenderness. There is also a wide selection of local poultry, bacon, ham, black puddings and a variety of hand linked, homemade sausages to compliment the meats on offer, all prepared by our award winning butcher Steve, and his team, to suit the customers requirments.

The delicatessen counter holds a wide range of cooked meats, homemade pies, olives and cheese. A full range of lancashire cheese is stocked including Crumbly, Tasty, Blacksticks and Garstang Blue. And to accompany them there is a wide selection of crackers, pickles and chutneys available. Our deli team make homemade coleslaw, steak sauces, potato salad and soups.
